Network Marketing Training– Your Success is Partnership Based
There’s a lot to grasp with network marketing training but if you’ll take the time to figure it out, it can be very beneficial to you.
There’s a While you can easily take your network marketing company online, and with today’s marketing strategies, that’s exactly what most would like to do, there’s no way around the relationship with your business network marketing partners if you wish to be successful.
There are many individuals, most in fact, that truly don’t wish the interaction with others, yet wish to grow a big organization.
It does not work like that.
We are individuals and people desire and need communication.
Secondly, this is “network marketing” and we prosper through “networking”.
The truth of the matter is this. Folks will enroll under you because of you and not just because they like your network marketing business. They need to know, like and trust you and in order for that to happen, they have to hear from you. You can email, send online videos, chat, make use of Facebook and of course, the phone.
It doesn’t dictate you spend a whole lot of time with everyone, but they prefer a connection with you. They need to know you’re reachable and that you care.
If this is not what you would like to hear, probably changing your company design from network marketing to affiliate advertising, or developing your own products may be a better fit for you. Having pointed out that, many of the network marketing training you’ll stumble upon in relations to marketing are the same for whatever business model you select.

The way I use Jing is to reply to emails so that people can hear my tone of voice, see my face and there leaves not much room for miscommunication.

With all the scams online, it’s becoming more and more apparant that an association needed to be created to protect the consumer and the home business owner.
The consumer will come to recognize this symbol on blogs and websites of those business owners practicing a healthy Code of Ethics. It reads like this:
The “ABN” Code of Business Ethics:
1: You have a “zero spam” policy and do not send unsolicited emails to my team members, customers, or prospects. All mass email correspondence is CAN-SPAM compliant and contains an “unsubscribe” link for easy removal from my lists. You respect the privacy of individuals will not sell or distribute their contact information to a third party without their permission.
2: The company(s) you represent are in good standing with the FTC and sell value-based products that improve the lives of your customers.
3: You do not represent, endorse, or promote illegal pyramid schemes, or “cash-gifting” programs.
4: You do not represent, endorse, or promote “forced-matrix” programs.
5: You pledge to provide training and support to your team members, and make your contact information readily available to your customers and/or distributors.
6: You pledge to conduct your business with honesty and integrity.
7: You will continually further your education and development as an entrepreneur so that you may achieve the level of success you desire.
I’m proud to be a founding member of the Association of Better Networkers and say “it’s about time”. I like every one of these conditions but numbers 6 and 7 are close to my heart.
I believe this will sift the serious entrepreneurs who genuinely care and want to make difference from those who don’t. The tire kickers and those not committed to excellent entrepreneurship will not want to expend any time, money, energy and effort into furthering their education or belonging to the ABN.
When I was a Realtor, we also had a code of ethics which I was proud of. It reminds me very much of that.

When I began online marketing, I was told to build a list and develop an email follow up campaign. So, I did. However, the only thing I had to offer was the one home based business opportunity I was involved in. I developed my email campaign around that because that’s all I knew to do.
As I began to evolve based on my knowledge, I began to realize that my follow up could be much better with more value added and therefore, I changed the entire 6 month campaign. I continued to evolve. I added in more streams of income, was continuing to learn and in doing so, realized that I again, I needed to adapt and change my email campaign.
Keep in mind, I have almost 100 emails over a 6 month period. It’s a lot of re-do every time I reach a new level of awareness and growth. Having said that, this is normal so expect it. As you continue to grow and learn and develop your business skillsets and thought processes, you will become better and better and look back at previous work and want to change for the better. This is all good. I have mentored with the best of the best and to this day, they continue to change up their email campaigns, always looking to improve.
So, if you aren’t changing up your email campaigns every once in awhile, you may not be growing.
For the longest time, the biggest puzzle in my mind was if I had say, 2 different business opportunities and I was an affiliate for Mike Dillard, Renegade University and Ann Sieg, how does the follow up campaigns look? My questions were these:
1) Do I do a separate email follow up campaign for each business?
2) If I’m doing attraction marketing and not being real up front about my business opps, how do I introduce them to my list?
3) How many email campaigns do I really need?
To help you get the bigger picture, think of this. As far as your biz opp goes, just keep this in mind… You are creating YOUR own brand. Your biz opp is obviously subject to change throughout the years, so you want to build a name brand that represents YOU, not your biz opp.
Business opportunities, products, services, those are all secondary to YOUR brand.
So let me ask you this, what do you love learning about?
What would you be passionate about sharing with the world?
Because your follow up campaign is going to be all about giving value… And you want to find a niche that allows you to do that.
So are you passionate about personal development? Because if you are, and you want that to be your brand (Even if your personal development home biz op crashes tomorrow), would that be in alignment with who you are?
I could rephrase that question and substitute any other biz op. Let’s try that and see if it works . . .
Are you passionate about travel? Because if you are, and you want that to be your brand (Even if your travel home biz op crashes tomorrow), would that be in alignment with who you are?
The things you are passionate about and what to teach about is what you will put in your email campaign. Keep in mind, you will be sharing and teaching those who opted into you list who share your same passion and want to learn what you’re teaching.
I found that those who aspire to be an entrepreneur, are also passionate about helping others succeed, they focus on and enjoy personal development, they are sponges when it comes to learning turning over every leaf to find every bit of information on how they can be a better entrepreneur, and this is a good “core” or “main” campaign to focus on.
In other words, create one MAIN BIG email follow up campaign that teaches people how to be entrepreneurs. This campaign will include mindset, personal development, leadership, time management, creating relationships, personal branding, attraction marketing, and things like actual skillsets in terms of technology and hands on learning. This is the greatest form of Attraction Marketing. It’s the most needed out there because people want to be home business owners, they just don’t know “HOW”.
You be the person that shows them how.
I recommend you have a bootcamp or other incentive gift that you are the author and creator of which offers value to your prospects, and lead them into your list with that. Woven through this big, main list, you will offer your affiliate products by doing reviews and editorials or testimonies. These reviews will have a link to your affiliate product(s).
You will definately want to have a blog. Your blog will have opportunities for individuals to optin to your various home based business opportunities. You want to be sending people to your blog from your main email campaign.
As individuals optin to learn about your business opportunity, you will direct them to a separate email campaign that talks specifically about your opportunity. Now they are on two of your campaigns; one is your main campaign and the other is your opportunity campaign.
If you have another biz op, they may elect to get information about that as well and then they’d be on three of your campaigns.
Your autoresponder service should allow your prospect to unsubscribe to biz op #1, without unsubscribing to your main campaign list or biz op #2.
I hope this sheds light on how to set up your email campaigns.

In the old days of network marketing, having a home based business meant representing one company. Today, we have the new school home based business model and it’s quite different.
With literally millions of people flocking to the internet wanting to find solutions for a multitude of things, becoming a solutions provider makes sense.
In addition, with the economy as shakey as it is, it’s just not good business anymore to put all your eggs in one basket. You’ve got to have multiple streams of income and be of service to more than just one specific group of people.
You want to have a menu of services, resources, tools and opportunities to help the most people and to put yourself in the least risk situation as possible.
In this video, I share some ideas on what a Solutions Provider is.

My good friend Steve Schuitt turned me on to a cool little URL shortening program. It’s at www.TR.IM (no com). You don’t need an account to use it. You can integrate your Twitter account so from the tr.im site, you can shorten your url and tweet your tweet at the same time.
It also will track your urls, give you percentages for the area of the world people are clicking on your links and how many have clicked.
Once you have claimed and shortened your url, they will never be deleted. Even if you decide for whatever reason not to use them.
From what I’ve seen so far, I like it. I’m going to use it and become familiar what more of the features. You can follow then on Twitter, the link is at their website.
